Our aim is to enable you to live safely and independently in the place you call home.
Whether it’s bespoke personal care at home, medical support, help around the house or companionship, our experienced staff are always here to help.
Care requirements vary - some people might need multiple daily home care visits, others may only need staff to visit for just half an hour a week. Our services reflect the real choice and the real needs of the people we support.
We support a future where you use the hours allocated to you to individualise your own care package.
Regular reviews are an integral part of this approach - ensuring your support is working for you in the ways you tell us you want it to.
Person-centred approaches to the planning, delivery and review of your support involves you in choices about your life and how your life can be made better, whilst always protecting your dignity, health and wellbeing.
You will have choice over the people who will be providing your services - meaning you are fully involved, listened to and able to enjoy life as you choose to. This helps our staff develop a real understanding of who you really are, with a greater ability to ensure we help you in the ways you really need us to help.

1st Homecare was established in 2004 as a domestic cleaning company for people in the Falkirk area. As trust in our work developed, staff found themselves asked to help with the every day personal needs of their clients.
“I would like to thank you for the work you have done with C and S in trying to develop their confidence after previous providers let them down badly. Your professionalism and knowledge of working with people who have a diagnosis of trauma/personality disorder has been really helpful and I appreciate you contacting me regularly with updates.” Falkirk Social Work Department
