Fantastic people are central to providing a fantastic service. For that reason, we carefully hand pick our staff for their person–centred values, professionalism and desire to make a positive difference to people’s lives. We know how important trust and reliability is to the people we support. We are proud that some of our colleagues have been with us for many years and have chosen care at home as a long term career choice.
To ensure that our staff are qualified to deliver a first class service, our teams are registered with the Scottish Social Services Council (SSSC) and meet mandatory training and development requirements.
Each branch is overseen by a Registered Manager who is responsible for leading a great team. They ensure that the service meets regulatory requirements in accordance with legislation and the high standards set by the Care Inspectorate.
